About this event
The first in this programming series, Leadership for Creatives 101, will focus on building a foundation as a creative leader (aka what they didn’t teach you in film school). Topics include: defining yourself as a leader and manager, defining your leadership style, communication, active listening, and working with a team. Attendees will walk away with tangible skills to apply to their next film production or business endeavor. This is a great program for anyone in a leadership position in the film industry: department head, producer, writer, director, vendor, etc….
